Meet Markus, a Talent Agent who joined Talented in August, 2021!
“I work as a Talent Agent, which basically means that I am connecting the brightest IT-talents in our country to interesting employment opportunities at our client companies. I like the job as the tough IT-market creates an interesting challenge to tackle on a daily basis.
I graduated as M.Sc. of Economics (majored in Human Resources Management) from University of Vaasa in 2017, and started my professional career as a Global Recruiter around the same time. In such a role I worked for Wärtsilä in Finland and UPM in Poland.
During the pandemic I decided it was time for me to try something new and that’s when a friend working at Talented told me about the opportunity to join the company. Thanks to the smoothest recruitment process ever, I am here at Talented today! Before eventually moving to Helsinki, I am still sharing my time between Poland and Finland. I’m very grateful to my employer for making this possible – your home is where your heart is!
