Meet Hansku!

Hanna-Mari “Hansku” “The Whip” is part of our Growth consulting team, helping our customers to grow by developing their recruitment processes and employer brand. She’s also the project manager of developing our sales function, where the nickname “Whip” comes from.

Hansku had a friend working at Talented, so she was aware of the wild ride she was getting into when joining the fam.🎠

This Helsinki born and raised city gal is a BBA of human resource management. She kicked off her career at Trainers’ House, where she gained a strong experience from consulting industry, B2B marketing and recruitment. She has worn many hats, such as team lead, recruitment coordinator and operational lead in HR, recruitment and change support services.

Hansku has Solu Digital to thank for her interest towards IT-field, as that’s where she got to jump to the deep end and grow her IT domain knowledge.

1. Closet nerd! Loves studying history and astronomy. Everything that pushes the boundaries of her mind and understanding is just super fascinating!
2. Has been playing classical piano since she was a little girl, and that is still one of her biggest passions.
