Kirsi Kytökorpi
Talented is hungry for improvement and continuously develops its services and internal policies. One could say that if Talented was a cake, it would be even more beautiful from the inside than outside.
This is Kirsi, and when she joined Talented and the Growth Consulting Team, she brought a ton of new knowledge and skills for the whole company to learn. She is an Employer Branding and Employee Experience professional, and helps our customers to become more attractive in the eyes of Talents. Strategic planning, such as reorganizing processes, as well as pragmatic activities like career pages and campaigns are only a few of the aces she has on her sleeve.
“After a decade of working in the media and marketing production world, where I most recently led internal and large customers’ marketing development projects, packed my life in Helsinki into luggages and went to get MBA degrees from three universities from three different countries. I did that in order to gain a comprehensive international knowledge of strategic business and I most definitely did.”
When Kirsi joined Talented, her expectation was to become some sort of a tailor. In growth consulting every client is different, so the solution is carefully tailored for each case. Besides customer work, it was primarily important for Kirsi to get to develop Talented internally, too.
“My expectations have been fulfilled as Talented is hungry for improvement and continuously develops its services and internal policies. One could say that if Talented was a cake, it would be even more beautiful from the inside than outside.
So far the development themes that I’ve been working on have been crafting employer branding a saleable service, external communication and cross-functional teams’ processes.”
Random fact: Working with different kinds of talents is familiar for Kirsi but in a tad different context.
“When I was part of the production team of the Talent Suomi television show, which seeks after the most daring and snazzy talent, I found myself making filming plans for e.g. llamas and a sword swallower!”
Welcome onboard Kirsi, we love to have you and learn from you!
