Witted Megacorp Oy is exploring the possibility to apply for the listing on NASDAQ First North Growth Market Finland Marketplace.
In case someone missed it: Talented, Mavericks and New Things Co joined forces to become Witted in September 2021. At the same time Talented’s services were split into two under the Witted roof – Witted is the brand that focuses on software development consulting and Talented helps companies to attract, recruit and retain the best software talent through Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding. Moreover, Talented remains software professionals’ trustworthy partner in finding their dream jobs.
As a member of the Witted Group we get more fuel for growth. We have been dubbed“serial revenue doubler“, but that’s not the whole story. We aim for healthy growth, and want to help more customers to build better work life for software professionals. The potential listing would make it possible for Talented to take part in more interesting projects and serve even bigger clients. Expansion to new international markets is a window that we like to keep open too, and if we decided to take over a new favourable market, Witted Megacorp gives us the fuel to do so.
While we grow we do not want to compromise our culture and values. We want Talented to stay as the flat, down-to-earth and friend group-like community.
