Direct Search Consulting

The Direct Search team works amidst various direct search assignments, companies find ideal, motivated, and committed employees. Working in the Direct Search team is a great opportunity to dive deep into the world of senior-level tech recruitment and work closely with various companies ranging from hot startups to large global players.

Talent Acquisition Consulting

Our Talent Partners are typically experienced tech recruiters who work independently as part of the customers’ in-house teams as consultants. The daily tasks vary by project, but can include e.g. sourcing, interviewing, developing candidate experience or recruitment processes, employer branding and crafting recruitment strategies. Every project is unique depending on the customer’s needs.

Employer Branding Consulting

Talent Partners help our customers build unique and compelling employer brands and engage talents with a stellar employee experience. We carry out employer branding development holistically as part of the customer's team, from behind the scenes strategic work to carefully designed recruitment marketing and communications.

Salary

Talent Partners’ salary model is commission based. Hourly price varies by project and competence. Direct Search team is paid a fixed monthly salary and bonuses to reward them for their successes.
