From April 2025 to January 2026, Talented’s Consultant joined Finago’s Talent Acquisition team to provide additional support during a recruitment peak for both ongoing and new recruitment efforts. The consultant provided end-to-end recruitment support for over 15 successful and challenging placements across technical and non-technical functions. This broad scope covered diverse departments, including Product, Commercial, Finance, and IT, and spanned domestic and international locations.

During the cooperation, the consultant not only completed key recruitments but also sourced candidates for a multitude of other roles and offered strategic recommendations to enhance Finago’s overall recruitment and hiring processes. Furthermore, the consultant provided crucial support on various Employer Branding initiatives, significantly contributing to Finago’s brand renewal project by focusing on developing impactful candidate communication and job advertisements.
