Instead of a 20 % upfront fee, we will take 1 % of a candidate’s first-year salary every month for 24 months or as long as candidate is employed. Clients who prefer the 20 % upfront fee model can stick with it.

UPFRONT

20% of Yearly Salary

This model is the most traditional model used in recruiting business. However, we feel that this doesn’t align the interests of all parties involved. For example there is no guarantees, the fee is invoiced when contract is signed. The model used goes like this: (salary) * 13 (including holiday pay) * percentage.

FREELANCER

Provision and Hourly Rate negotiable

About half of our talents have their own companies and prefer working as a freelancer. Each have their own hourly price for their work. We calculate our negotiable sales provision on top of that.
