What we are looking for?
We are looking for Growth Consultants to help our clients to reach their targets and vision, polish their processes and help them to solve challenges they are facing. Your day-to-day tasks could include for example sparring the executive and management team, develop client’s employer branding, help them in sales or create and manage recruitment pipeline all the way from talent attraction to hiring – Every client is different so there are no similar missions for our Growth Consultants.
You should have previous experience from recruitment and IT business, e.g. you have led recruitment in an IT company. You should know how to do business in IT or know what IT can do for business because everything we do is somehow IT related. Any additional experience from leading a business, project delivery, sales development and understanding different value chains are considered a plus. We want you to show our clients how things are done and we are ready to help you along the way.
